Deborah Suter, RN, CCM
Born and raised on Mount Desert Island, Deb has spent her life in Maine, currently residing in Seal Cove. A graduate of St. Mary’s General Hospital School of Nursing in Lewiston, Deb has worked in various clinical settings, including ICU, Emergency Room, Operating Room, Burn Unit, Medical Surgical and Home Health. She developed the Ambulatory Surgical Unit for Downeast Community Hospital in Machias.
Most recently employed at The Jackson Laboratory in Bar Harbor, she served as Senior Case Manager and was responsible for the development and management of occupational injury programs education. Deb has specialized in the advanced practice of occupational case management for the past 20 years.
Her extensive experience with self-insured companies and the Workers Compensation Board puts her in a unique position to help businesses and injured employees navigate the complicated world of claims management.
